We are currently only leasing two properties:

• Long-Term Rental: traditional unfurnished, standard appliances only, Tenant paid utilities, with a leasing length of 12 months or more.

• Mid-Term Rental: fully furnished with all utilities included. Leasing lengths are between 1-4 months. For more info click Furnished Finder Property button below.

Minimum Income Qualifications:

Rent-to-Income Ratio (RTIR) of 40% or less.

Debt-to-Income Ratio (DTIR) of 30% or less.

Combined Ratio of 70% or less.

Rent-To-Income Formula:

Rent Amount + $350  Utilities (Water, Elec, Gas) / Net Monthly Income  x 100 = RTIR.

Debt-To-Income Formula:

Total Debt (Minimum Monthly Payments of all Loans, Credit Cards, child support, etc) / Net Monthly Income x 100 = DTIR

Pet Disclosure

All properties are not pet-friendly. No woof-woofs or meowzers, including pet-sitting and visitors with pets.

Non-traditional pets (fish, turtle, lizard, etc.) are by Landlord approval only.

Smoking & Vaping Disclosure

All properties are non-smoking, including vaping, inside and on-site of the rental property.
